All the halyards are coming new from Mallorca after being spliced at the ends
The 54 meters carbon fiber mast, the boom, spreaders and boom-vang were painted with Awlgrip (snow- white 2000)
Profesional Paintworks
Both Reckmann hydraulic furlings were sent to Reckmann for service
The sails were sent to Kafetzidakis Sails for washing maintenance and storage
The hydraulic crane for the Castoldi boat was overhauled, the motor and the 3 hydraulic cylinders were serviced
All 6 hydraulic cylinders from the rigging were overhauled and serviced
Both JP3 rudders were pulled out for service
All the 24 sea valves are pulled out and will be replaced with new ones. New elastic sea pipes are installed. Upgrade the electronic controls for main engines end generators
To replace all the plexi-glass on the deck hatches
A new induction stove and new grill are installed in the galley
All the air condition system, fan coils, air handles, and air ducting were cleaned and sanitized The teak deck to be sanded fresh.
Top sides and superstructure to be polished
All the works are followed by Bureau Veritas
