The 116’ (35.36m) charter yacht EL REY is the perfect example of an explorer yacht mixed with a sportfisher. The yacht was built in 1987 by Deep Sea Marine and has benefitted from an extensive refit in 2016 that left no stone unturned. In 2022, she received additional updates to further optimize her space. This refit modernized EL REY’s interior with upgrades like new hardwood floors and updated furnishings to keep her interior cozy and comfortable and her cabins fresh, light and peaceful. EL REY is the largest yacht built by Deep Sea Marine and showcases a harmonious balance between an adventurous explorer yacht and the luxury superyacht lifestyle. The charter yacht boasts a massive range and economic fuel consumption that is not seen on other yachts of her caliber. The Veem Gyro stabilizers ensure guest comfort.
EL REY welcomes up to 10 guests to spend restful nights in her five well-appointed cabins. The master cabin located on the lower deck features a king-size bed and ample closet space. The spacious ensuite bathroom has his-and-hers vanity and a large bathtub/shower combination featuring sleek, high-quality finishes giving the bathroom a spa-like feel. Additional accommodations include two identical double cabins with walkaround queen-size beds, a double cabin with a double bed and a twin cabin with twin bunk beds. Her experienced crew will tend to each guest’s every need, ensuring a seamless and memorable time aboard.
With designs courtesy of Anita Unger and Jack Sarin, charter yacht EL REY’s beautiful main salon will have guests feeling right at home. The hardwood floors bring warmth to the space and nicely complement the mahogany wood paneling. The L-shaped couch welcomes guests to relax and socialize together and offers a comfortable space to admire the passing views. The open-plan galley is accessible from the main salon, where guests can interact with and watch the Chef create their favorite meals. A small breakfast nook and bar area also can be found here.
EL REY’s spacious tri-deck layout makes her ideal for families and larger groups, and she is the perfect option for fishing adventures in off-the-beaten-path destinations. The yacht’s main deck aft allows guests to enjoy alfresco dining or sit back and watch the action while being protected from the weather by the side windows. EL REY’s bridge deck features four sun loungers, a treadmill and a spin bike. The foredeck offers the best views as well as a Jacuzzi. Additional lounging space can be found on the sundeck.
