BW pipes cleaning- MARINEVAC

  • Black water treatment Number of Vacuum lines to be cleaned – 2 main lines from 5 separate points. The toilet system pipe work cleaned to prevent blockages starting to form within the toilet system. This can happen due to a buildup of calcinate on the internal lining of the pipe work. This occurs naturally over a period of time butwith the correct planned maintenance procedures, it can be avoided. Marinevac can solve this problem using their unique toilet cleaning system (descaling solution). If the correct maintenance is not carried out on a regular basis then it will eventually lead to blockages within the system and ultimately effect charters and guest trips with potential loss of charter earnings. This treatment will ensure that all of the major build up is removed from the system. The quote is based on the treatment to the following lines. Machine dosing points and treatments times· Fore deck, Owner bathroom toilet (2 cycles)· Main deck, Day head STBD toilet (1 cycle)· Lower deck, Crew STBD FWD cabin (1 cycle)· Lower deck, Twin Guest STBD FWD toilet (2 cycle2)· Lower deck, Captain’s cabin toilet (1 cycle)Points manually dosed· Lower deck cabins: VIP room, Twin Guest PORT FWD, Double Guest STBD FWD, Double Guest PORTFWD, Crew cabin STBD AFT. The running of the system would not be affected during the cleaning cycle, the boat does not need to be out of the water and there is minimal disruption on board. If the boat is out of the water we will need the toilet and sewage system to be functional and access to hot water. This process would clean all major lines back to a good working condition; the cleaning chemical will not affect any pipe work, valves, paint or galvanized coating.
