• Replacement of several through hull valves, and overhaul of the remainder.
• Replacement of all the main engine mounts and Vulcan couplings.
• Removal of worn or damaged deck teak and replacement, significant recaulking.
• Replacement of both the Engine driven Hydraulic pumps for the bow thruster and hydraulic systems.

• Replacement of firefighting pump, to increase pressure available.
• Replacement of the floor in the generator room.
• Removal of worn or damaged deck teak and replacement, significant recaulking.
• Removal and full overhaul of the deck cranes, and side boarding ladders. 
• Replacement of propeller shaft seals, inspection of bearing clearances. 
• Replacement of various air handlers on interior.
• Replacement of floor in the master suite bathroom.
• Overhaul of the lower deck cabin bathrooms, replacement of some marble, and strip and reassemble all fittings.

2012/2013 Shipyard Maintenance Period at Pendennis (STP), Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

• 20 year Lloyds class special survey. 
• Rudders and steering gear fully removed, and overhauled and refitted.
• Shafts inspected and serviced. 
• Stabilizers removed and overhauled, shafts rebuilt and refitted.
• Bow thruster motor removed, overhauled and refitted. 
• Complete anchor windlass island cut out, redesigned, and new anchor windlasses fitted. 
• Significant amount of steel shell plating cut out in way of margin bilges, tanks etc and replaced. Full report available. 
• Forward grey water tank baffles and bulkheads cut out and replaced with new steel. 
• Black water tank steel replaced.
• Anchor chain bins cut out and replaced. 
• Complete strip and rebuild in situ of both generators, 
• Full top and bottom overhaul on main engines, 
• Air conditioning plant, removed, overhauled, compressors replaced and refitted. 
• Redundant stern anchor system removed and hull reinstated. 
• Water makers overhauled. 
• Inboard air start compressor replaced with a vane compressor.

2007/2008 Refit at Pendennis, Falmouth, Cornwall. 

• 15 year Lloyds class special survey
• Major interior refit, including the total removal, redesign and replacement of the whole Master Suite area on the main deck and the aft VIP guest cabin bathroom, design work by H2 and interior joinery by Struik & Hammerslag.
• All other interior areas we refurbished and refreshed by H2
• All crew cabins were removed and redesigned and replaced. 
• Top end of the main engines rebuilt. Main engine exhaust hangers replaced, and gearboxes inspected and serviced. 
• Generators removed from the yacht and complete units rebuilt by Caterpillar. When refitted with new exhaust systems to make dry exhausts. 
• The bridge was gutted and redesigned by H2, and radars, gyro,  depth sounder and other navigation equipment was replaced. 
• Complete repaint of the entire vessel.
• Water makers rebuilt.
• AV and IT upgrades.
• Fly bridge controls removed.
• Air conditioning plant replaced with new. Extensive overhaul of all air handlers and air make up systems, including the replacement of many of the cabin air handlers. 
• Stabilizers fully overhauled. 
• Passerelle, side boarding ladders and deck cranes were removed and fully overhauled and refitted.

• Replacement of teak decks on main deck level, side decks, foredeck, bathing platform, steps. Old decks removed and steel sundeck treated and complete new deck system laid. 
• Forward main deck bulwark repairs, corroded areas of the forward bulwarks cut out, sand blasted and replaced with new steel. 
• Orca black water treatment plant replacement. 
• Outboard air start compressor replaced with a Ve twin compressor. 

2002/2003 Refit at Proteksan, Istanbul, Turkey. 

• 10 year Lloyds class special survey. 
• MCA compliance refit. Various works carried out to make the yacht compliant to LY 2 of the MCA code.  In order to operate as a commercial charter yacht, this included changing the fixed fire-fighting system in the engine room, upgrading the fire walls of the engine control room and the galley. Escape hatches fitted to aft cabins and crew areas. Alterations for the navigation lights, upgrading of the life rafts and lifesaving equipment. 
• Fitting of Quantum zero speed stabilizers. 
• Jacuzzi removed, and spill drains designed and fitted around to catch overflow, rep lumber and refitted. 
• Fitting of sockets in rub rail for tender whips.
•  Complete repaint of the entire vessel.
• Water makers rebuilt.
• AV and IT upgrades.
• Fly bridge controls removed.
• Air conditioning plant replaced with new. Extensive overhaul of all air handlers and air make up systems, including the replacement of many of the cabin air handlers.
