RAY is a 2025 Numarine 32XP is the only yacht delivered in the whole XP series to feature with a full MCA LY3 compliance, Commercial Short Range status and Tier III MAN 800hp engines with SCR units. Built in steel with a GRP superstructure and shaped by Can Yalman, she delivers 299GT of volume and approximately 330 square meters of living space.

She runs quietly, staying below 50dB with vibration levels under 1mm/sec, surpassing RINA COMF requirements. With a top speed of 13.8 knots, a 12-knot cruise and a 4,000nm range at 8 knots, she gives her owner true explorer capability without needing to step into a larger class.

The sundeck spans 60 square meters and is laid out as a full guest living deck. To port, a fully equipped bar with bar stools creates a natural gathering spot, while to starboard a large dining table seats a full group comfortably for long, shaded meals. Aft, a wide modular lounge wraps the deck with plenty of relaxed seating and uninterrupted views. Forward, the secondary helm station sits centrally with two navigation seats, positioned discreetly so the deck remains guest-focused while still offering full operational visibility.

The upper-deck aft carries a 7-meter RIB and two Jet Skis, handled by a 3-ton crane, plus a rescue crane. When the toys are launched, this area becomes a large, open terrace.

Forward of the wheelhouse, RAY follows the familiar Numarine layout with a large lounge area, bimini shade, cocktail table and two expansive sunpads, ideal for anchorage time or quiet mornings underway. Total exterior space on this level reaches 129 square meters.

The upper-deck lounge opens through an electric sliding door and offers over 40 square meters of additional indoor living space. A custom bar sits to port with a beer dispenser and seating for four, while a sofa and armchair to starboard create a second gathering area. A day head is positioned forward, directly across from the yacht’s dedicated captain’s cabin, which is another unique feature for the 32XP series in the fleet. The wheelhouse sits forward and is accessed via port and starboard pantograph doors.

Aft, a beach club includes seating, a bar with fridge and icemaker, dedicated storage and a day head - simple, functional and easy to use for water access.

Inside, the main saloon features a U-shaped lounge to port, a freestanding chair to starboard and a 60” TV positioned for easy viewing. Forward, the dining area seats eight around a limed-oak table, with illuminated marble panels on the forward bulkhead and plenty of storage forward and to each side.

The galley connects through a pantry and is equipped for proper service with three full-height fridges, a wine cooler, dishwasher, icemaker, 5-ring cooktop, combination oven/microwave, ample storage and a dumb waiter serving both the upper deck and sundeck.

Starboard on the main deck, RAY includes an air-conditioned gym with space for two machines, a wall-mounted TV, and full-height glass on the hull side for sea views during training.

The full-beam owner’s cabin spans more than 30 square meters with a king-size bed facing aft toward a 55” TV above a low cabinet holding a safe and minibar. To port, a desk and makeup area sit beneath the full-height windows; to starboard, a seating area and additional wardrobe storage.

The suite features one large dressing room leading into the ensuite bathroom, which includes a generous glass-fronted shower, marble surfaces, concealed lighting and continuous fresh-air supply. The overall feel is calm, modern and comfortable, with the layout making the most of the forward main-deck footprint.

On the lower deck, both VIPs mirror each other with queen-size beds facing forward, bedside tables, twin portlights with storm shutters, blackout and shear blinds and dedicated ensuites finished in marble.

Each of the two double cabins includes twin single beds, a shared bedside table, 42” TV with Apple TV, a wardrobe with shelving, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass shower and marble surfaces. Like the VIPs, the lighting is layered and discreet, and the full AC and fresh-air systems run independently.

Crew access is through the galley. The Captain’s cabin sits on the upper deck with a large single bed, desk, wardrobe with safe, and ensuite.

A proper crew mess includes fridges, a microwave/oven, storage, laundry with washer/dryer, and monitoring screens for systems and CCTV.
