Now in build with delivery scheduled for summer 2027, the Mangusta Oceano 44, Hull #8 offers a chance to bypass the wait time typically associated with large displacement yachts. As Hull 8 of the Mangusta Oceano 44 series, she represents a proven platform with global capability, contemporary design, and the assurance of a top-tier Italian shipyard. This is an opportunity to take over a well-advanced construction timeline with the potential for buyer input on final details.
Built with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, the Oceano 44 Hull #8 is engineered for long-range cruising and comfort. Powered by twin MTU 12V 2000 M86 engines (1,700hp at 2,450 RPM), she reaches a top speed of 15 knots and cruises at 11 knots, with a range of 4,000 nautical miles. Zero speed and underway stabilizers are included, and the yacht meets IMO Tier II and EPA Tier 3 compliance standards.
The interior, designed by Alberto Mancini / Overmarine Group, uses a warm, modern material palette. Oak and rosewood joinery, parquet flooring, and Calacatta Gold marble detailing are used throughout key guest areas. The main deck salon and formal dining area are arranged in an open plan for both family use and entertaining, while the upper deck skylounge serves as a second interior lounge with wide views and multi-purpose flexibility.
Guest accommodations include five en-suite staterooms for up to 12 guests. The owner’s suite, located forward on the main deck, features panoramic side and forward views, a private lounge, walk-in dressing area, and a large en-suite bathroom. A signature opening balcony connects the suite to the sea. On the lower deck are two queen staterooms and two twin cabins, each with a Pullman berth and en-suite. Natural light is prioritized throughout. Crew quarters support up to nine across four cabins, with discreet service routing designed for operational efficiency.
The forward bow lounge includes an integrated swimming pool and offers elevated views with privacy. The sundeck is arranged for open-air dining, sunbathing, and gatherings. Aft, the beach club extends the guest experience to the water’s edge and connects with the tender garage when deployed, forming a seamless waterfront platform for swimming and watersports.
The Oceano 44 Hull #8 is a strong technical and commercial offering in the 44-meter segment. With a known platform, respected builder, and build schedule already underway, she’s positioned for a smooth handover and delivery.
