ENGINE CONTROLS

VENTILATION SYSTEM
Natural and mechanical for engine room, with three mechanical Gallinea electric blowers 24 Volt for engine room. Natural and mechanical type for personnel accommodations with forced draft circulation through air conditioning system, or through door, port light window and vent openings. The vessel is equipped with seven DOMETIC air conditioner/heating units cooled with one Dometic Chiller.
ALARM SYSTEMS
Audible type indicating normal cooling water temperature and/or lubricating oil pressure. Generators are monitored by digital electronic system. Two bilge high water alarms.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
AC Systems
Single, 100 AMP, 120/240 Volt. Glendinning cablemaster, electric rollout and retrieve shore power cord located at starboard side transom. An additional 50 AMP, 120/250 Volt inlet in the same compartment.
DC Systems
12/24 Volt DC power is supplied by 12 series 31, 12 volt wet-type batteries for cranking and house. Batteries are charged by two 24 volt engine alternators; two Victron Energy Orion, 24/12 volt, 70-85 AMP battery chargers, one Quick 100 amp, AC, 24 volt battery charger, and an additional Victron Energy Multi Plus 24 Volt, 70 amp, AC, 120 volt battery charger/inverter. Battery cutoff rotary switches are located on forward bulkhead in the engine room. The system contains AC/DC distribution panels with circuit breakers for branch circuits located on forward and aft engine room bulkheads.
FUEL TANKS
Total capacity: 1585 gallons, two aluminum tanks (792.5 gallon each), located aft in the engine room. Shut off valve: In line.
WATER TANKS
Total Capacity: 370 gallon, one stainless steel tank located below aft stateroom sole. Water Pumps: One US motor, 1 HP, 208-230/115 Volt, water pump with two expansion tanks and Wave stream water filtration system.
Water Heater: One 240 Volt, hot water system.
Water Maker: One 240 Volt, Idromar International Dissalatori water maker
MARINE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM
The vessel is equipped with Five Tecma, toilets, 115-gallon plastic holding tank, with electric driven overboard discharge pump and y-valve for land based deck pump-out fitting.
DEWATERING SYSTEMS
• Two 24 volt Rule submersible 2000 GPH bilge pumps with automatic float switches in aft bilge. A high water bilge alarm in aft bilge.
• Two 24 volt Rule, submersible 2000 GPH bilge pumps with automatic float switches in forward engine bilge. A high water bilge alarm in forward bilge.
• One 24 volt, Rule, submersible 2000 GPH bilge pump with automatic float switch in forward bilge.
• Two 24 volt, Gulper, 320 GPH, dry shower sump pumps with automatic float switches in forward bilge.
WASH DOWN SYSTEMS
• One freshwater, hot and cold cockpit shower on swim step.
• One forward chain locker washdown.
• One freshwater washdown in engine room.
ACCOMMODATIONS
From swim step, starboard transom doorway leading to crew quarters furnished with a single berth aft and queen berth to port, storage lockers, full berth is starboard and centerline access to engine room. From main aft deck, large sliding glass doors to main saloon furnished with L-shaped couch to starboard facing large settee to port, forward in the space is galley and lower drive station to starboard and dinning table with companionway stair to lower living spaces to port. From companionway stair, Centerline king berth master stateroom with in suite head is aft, forward #1 guest cabin with queen berth and access to a full head is starboard, across the companionway is #2 guest cabin with twin single berths and in suite full head. #3 guest suite with centerline queen and full head is located in bow section.
ESCAPE HATCHES:
There is one escape hatch in forward cabin above berth.
