K+ is a 125’ (38.2m) Maori 125 built in 2023, representing the flagship model from Maori Yachts. A performance-driven semi-displacement yacht with a striking modern profile, she combines bold Italian design, impressive 367GT volume and strong long-range capability. Built with a GRP hull and superstructure, teak decks and full shipyard support, K+ is presented in turnkey condition and offers an outstanding opportunity for an owner seeking a highly distinctive yacht in the 40-meter market.
Designed by Marco Ciampa Architecture & Design Studio, K+ stands out for her aggressive, contemporary exterior lines and remarkable 10.6m beam, which creates exceptional interior volume and expansive deck spaces for a yacht of her size. Her semi-displacement hull offers a strong balance between comfort, efficiency and performance, with a cruising speed of 13 knots, a maximum speed of 18.5 knots and a transoceanic range of approximately 3,700 nautical miles at 10 knots. Powered by twin MAN V12 engines, she is equipped with zero-speed CMC Marine stabilizers, Sidepower bow and stern thrusters, a Furuno navigation suite, VSAT, SAT TV and full GMDSS compliance.
The interior, designed by Pulina Exclusive Interiors, follows a modern “floating penthouse” concept with a loft-style open-plan layout, high ceilings and uninterrupted sightlines from aft to bow. Large windows and extensive glass throughout the superstructure bring abundant natural light into the yacht and create a strong indoor-outdoor connection. The main salon is arranged as a spacious social area with lounge seating, a full-service bar and a forward dining area, while sliding glass doors enhance the sense of openness and allow natural ventilation throughout the space. A central floating staircase serves as a design focal point, connecting the different levels in a refined and architectural way.
Accommodation is arranged for up to 10 guests in five cabins. The full-beam owner’s suite is positioned on the upper deck and designed as a private penthouse, complete with a large bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, lounge area and private aft terrace. Four additional guest cabins are located on the lower deck, all with en-suite bathrooms, including two VIP cabins and two double cabins with large hull windows. Crew accommodation is provided for seven in four cabins, including a captain’s cabin, with separate crew access and efficient circulation routes supporting high-level service.
Exterior living is one of K+’s defining strengths. Designed for both relaxed cruising and large-scale entertaining, she features expansive, highly versatile deck areas with seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. The 80 sqm beach club-style aft deck includes an integrated bar and service galley, with direct access to concealed tender and toy storage. A hydraulic platform doubles as a swim platform, tender lift and boarding area, while the large hidden garage with flush deck doors can accommodate multiple tenders and water toys. Forward, a dedicated seating area provides an additional space for lounging underway or at anchor, while walkaround decks support smooth crew movement and operational efficiency.
Privately used only and under single ownership since new, K+ has been maintained to a high standard and remains in turnkey condition. With her penthouse-style owner’s deck, expansive open-plan main deck and ability to host 50 to 100 guests for events, she offers a rare lifestyle proposition in the 40-meter market. Offered for sale at €14,500,000, K+ combines Maori’s bold design language with impressive volume, efficient long-range cruising and exceptional entertaining credentials.
