II is a 60’6” (18.44m) Cutter Rig sailing yacht built by Camper & Nicholsons in 1983, designed for both cruising and charter. She’s got a draft of 6’6” (min) and 14’ (max), giving her excellent range and flexibility under sail. With a cruising speed of eight knots and top speed of nine knots, she’s built for smooth, capable passages rather than racing; perfect for owners who prioritize comfort, beauty, and functionality.
She’s had just two owners, with the same captain and current owner for over 20 years, and it shows. II has been kept indoors nearly every winter, except for two seasons when she was in The Bahamas, and the care taken over the years is evident throughout. Back in 2001, she underwent a million-dollar refit that touched nearly every part of the yacht–– systems, cosmetics, and structural details — bringing her up to a modern standard while retaining her classic charm. More recently, in 2021–2022, she had her mast and standing rigging replaced, along with updates to her sails and winches to keep her easy and enjoyable to handle.
Below deck, II offers three staterooms for seven guests and accommodations for one crew member. The full-beam master suite lies aft, featuring a double berth to port, single berth with L-shaped settee to starboard, marble vanity with sink, en-suite head, and separate shower stall. A private companionway provides direct access to the helm cockpit, a rare and desirable feature on a yacht of this size. Forward of the salon, two mirror-image guest cabins each include a double berth, Pullman single berth, marble vanity with sink, and can be combined into a large VIP suite via a removable centerline partition. The forward cabin serves as crew quarters, complete with separate deck access, making her ideal for charter configurations.
The interior showcases classic elegance, with rich teak joinery, brass reading lamps, teak-and-holly soles, and wicker-paneled cabinetry. The spacious main salon welcomes sunlight and features a curved built-in dining table and additional chairs, along with a navigation station, upholstered settee, cocktail table, and dry bar with custom cabinetry and liquor dispenser.
The galley, located starboard aft of the salon, is equally impressive. Upgraded during the refit, it includes Corian countertops, a Force 10 four-burner gimbaled stove with oven, microwave/convection oven, and a Grunert refrigeration system. Additional features include stainless-lined fridge and dual-compartment freezer, three-bay stainless sink, and ample storage, all laid out in a secure step-down workspace flooded with natural light.
On deck, II's exterior is as striking as her interior, with a flag blue hull and shining teak trim. Her center cockpit features a folding teak table and ample seating for alfresco dining and entertaining, while aft, the helm cockpit offers dedicated seating for owner, guests, and crew. All sails are hydraulically powered, and the yacht is equipped with powered winches for effortless handling.
