The 100-foot (30.48m) Nautor’s Swan HOPPETOSSE is a masterpiece that perfectly combines performance racing with high-class comfort. Designed by German Frers, HOPPETOSSE is one of three Swan 100 Flush Decks ever produced. The yacht’s timeless lines allow for a clean and efficient deck layout that is ideal for short-handed sailing as well as fully crewed racing. From 2016 to 2019, HOPPETOSSE had a major refit and has been lightly used since, ensuring her great condition.
Sailing yacht HOPPETOSSE showcases a timeless, elegant interior that is spacious and open. The yacht’s main salon was designed for comfortable living, providing an ideal area for socializing and unwinding. On the port side are an L-shaped settee with a coffee table and a lifting 42″ flat-screen TV with a Bose lifestyle sound system. To the starboard side is a U-shaped dinette with a beautiful, varnished teak table with seating for eight to ten guests. The table can be lowered, creating another lounge area making the space perfect for movie nights.
The luxury sailing yacht welcomes up to seven guests in the comfort of three well-appointed cabins. The yacht’s forward master cabin showcases a large double-bed on the starboard side with a settee opposite. The cabin also has a large hanging wardrobe and an en-suite bath with varnished teak countertops and a spacious shower with a slatted seat. HOPPETOSSE also features a port double-bed cabin and a starboard twin cabin with a Pullman berth. An en-suite bathroom and full-length hanging wardrobes accompany each guest stateroom. Additionally, HOPPETOSSE is able to accommodate up to four crewmembers, but can be efficiently crewed by three, depending on the level of service desired.
On deck, HOPPETOSSE’s guest cockpit is a desirable space to spend time underway and at anchor and also allows for alfresco dining. The yacht also has a fold-out transom door that allows for easy access to the water.
The yacht is outfitted with a hydraulic keel giving HOPPETOSSE high performance as well as the ability to access and anchor in ports and anchorages that similar-sized sailing yachts may not be able to access.

The hydraulic system is a Bosch-Rexroth custom designed system to supply all hydraulic functions quietly and smoothly, eliminating any inherent hydraulic noise. The alternative power sources are installed to meet the demands of the sail handling equipment. Central hydraulic system is PLC controlled.
The hydraulic system is defined on a basis of a central power pack supplying regionally located valve groups, thereby achieving minimal weight to power ratio with the effect of using minimum electrical power with maximum hydraulic movement. Each control valve group is situated close to the operating unit, giving a precise control and allows for a quiet and smooth operation, eliminating inherent hydraulic noise and vibration. The system has three different sources of power. Each source will be operated independently of each other.
The sources are obtained from:
1. Generator PTO pump – fully reconditioned in 2016
2. Main engine PTO pump - fully reconditioned in 2016
3. DC powerpack system using two electrically powered hydraulic pumps.
