SILVERADO is a 120’ custom long-range motor yacht built in 1974 by Willard Boat Works, representing one of the most established examples of American overbuilt fiberglass construction. Commissioned in the early 1970s by the owner of See’s Candies and later owned by Barron Hilton, she was among the largest fiberglass yachts of her era and remains widely respected for her heritage, capability, and longevity. Unlike many yachts of her generation, SILVERADO has cruised actively for decades, with a proven operational history spanning Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, Mexico, the Sea of Cortez, the Caribbean and the U.S. East Coast.

Designed specifically for long-range offshore cruising, SILVERADO features a true displacement hull known for exceptional stability and durability. She cruises efficiently at 12 knots, reaches a top speed of approximately 17 knots, and is stabilized for offshore comfort. Power is provided by twin Caterpillar D349 main engines, supported by Northern Lights generators, Koopnautic stabilizers, pneumatic engine controls, and a commercial-grade systems approach focused on redundancy and reliability. With over 11,000 gallons of fuel capacity, she offers extraordinary range for expedition-style cruising.

The interior, designed by Bill Harris, reflects a purpose-built layout finished in classic teak joinery throughout. Expansive windows and oversized brass portlights provide excellent natural light, while extensive storage throughout supports extended time aboard.

The main salon features comfortable seating to port, a card and game table to starboard, and a full-service bar aft with ice maker and refrigerator. Forward, the formal dining area seats eight around a custom teak Jones Goodell dining table, with a scale model of SILVERADO displayed in a glass enclosure serving as a distinctive focal point. The galley offers commercial-grade appliances, generous counter space, a casual dinette, and a dedicated exterior provisioning door, maintaining easy flow between living and service spaces.

The raised pilothouse is arranged for serious offshore navigation, offering 180-degree visibility, twin dinette seating areas, a substantial command console paired with full size chart table, and a dedicated navigation office. Systems include Furuno electronics, dual long-range radars, satellite compass, AIS, depth sounder, autopilot with jog controls, Navtex, CCTV, tank monitoring, and redundant communications including SSB, VHF, satellite phone, and dual Starlink systems.

SILVERADO accommodates 10 guests in five staterooms. The on-deck owner’s stateroom features a California King berth and an en-suite head finished in high-gloss varnished wood and premium gold fixtures Four en-suite guest staterooms are located below deck, complemented by a central guest lounge and library featuring a U-shaped settee, bar with liquor storage, Viking 44-bottle wine storage, and a rare in-hull underwater viewing window; a signature feature that sets her apart.

Exterior spaces are practical and expedition-focused. The fully enclosed covered aft deck serves as the primary gathering area, with lounge seating, dining table, and a pop-up television. The Portuguese bridge offers a protected observation area underway, while the foredeck is arranged with dual Marco windlasses, heavy-duty deck gear, and high bulwarks. The boat deck is configured for tender and equipment storage, supported by crane capability, and the integrated teak-and-fiberglass swim platform provides safe water access.

U.S.-built and U.S.-flagged, SILVERADO is impeccably maintained, powered by Caterpillar main engines with extremely low hours since rebuilds. She is the perfect candidate for an owner seeking a yacht with Pacific Northwest charter operations.
