M/Y RENA’s illustrious history was born out of the Australian shipyard of NQEA and
\ndesigned by legendary Naval Architect, Jack Hargrave.
\nAs NQEA was known for designing ocean going, stable ships; the team seemed a match
\nmade in Heaven.
\n
The dream was to build a 130' full displacement, aluminum vessel with worldwide
\ncruising capabilities and a shallow enough draft to enter most anchorages and marinas.
\nThe original build came to be known as M/Y EASTWIND and this set in motion a
\nsuccession of world traveling excursions with stellar ownership.
In 1994, RENA received
\na 15' extension at the Palmer Johnson shipyard and has been continually maintained to
\nthe highest standards.
\nThroughout the years cruising on the world's oceans the vessel was also known as
\nNETANYA IV and Curt-C.The current owners have cherished RENA for the last 15
\nyears.
\nRENA can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in 5 staterooms. She also boasts
\nan on deck VIP stateroom and expansive deck spaces for sun lounging and toys galore.
