GENERAL

• 4 staterooms to accommodate up to 8 guests, 2 crew cabins to accommodate up to 3 members.

OWNER

• The Owner’s Stateroom is located on the lower deck and features 3 large windows, a walk-around king-sized bed, TV, sofa, and a large credenza with 6 drawers. As well as, his and her ensuite private heads with a center shower and custom gray marble countertops on each side.

GUESTS

• The VIP Stateroom is located port side and has a queen-size bed, private head with shower, ample headroom, and lots of storage space. The 2 Guest Cabin also feature queen size beds, private head with showers, and full-size hanging lockers.

CREW

• The Crew quarters can be entered either from the swim platform or the port side stairwell and accommodates up to 3 crew member. The cabin includes a private head with a shower and a small galley with stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and sink

The Aft Deck features a large walk-through seating area with a high gloss table, waterproof cased TV with JL speakers, a beautiful marble bar with a refrigerator underneath, and a sink. There is access to the crew cabin from the starboard side or from the swim platform to the port side. In 2021, the entire platform was removed and replaced with ¾-inch teak. There are 2 ways to access the Euro Style Swim platform.

Entering the Main Salon through electric doors there are 6 large windows with electric blackout blinds. To the starboard side, a pop-up TV and an entertainment center and to the port side, a newly upholstered cream-colored U-shape sofa with 2 captain’s chairs. The dining area has a high gloss 8-seat mahogany table with glass and flatware storage cabinets around the table. Installed in 2020, the Salon has Brazilian walnut floors with ample direct and indirect lighting and over 8 feet of headroom.

Forward from the Salon is the Galley, which contains stainless steel sub-zero commercial refrigerator, freezer, and other appliances. The bar area has 2 fixed custom Release Marine seats and a breakfast nook that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Behind the seats is a large freezer chest for longer voyages. From the Galley, there is a stairwell going to the lower deck where the primary and guest quarters are located.

At the Pilothouse Helm, a mocha brown leather Stidd seat. Directly behind the Helm is the day head and to the starboard side is a door that provides access to the main deck. The Pilothouse is one way to access the Flybridge, the other is from the Aft Deck.

The Flybridge is the same size if not larger than most 100’ yachts and magnificently newly installed ¾ inch teak covering the entire deck. To the port side is a very large bar with 5 Release Marine seats and standing room for another 5 guests. The bar has marble countertops with a refrigerator underneath and an electric bbq grill. The Flybridge Helm has 3 custom-powered coated Stidd chairs, to the starboard side, are 2 custom tables with walkaround U-shape seating and in the center a Jacuzzi for 4. The Flybridge has a fiberglass top and a removable sunshade with enough room for 2 Jet Skis and a crane.  This Flybridge can easily accommodate up to 25 guests.

Pico is 1 of only 2 very desirable open bridge vessels. This 90’ Ocean Alexander has a 2’5” wider beam than its smaller counterpart, the 85’ Ocean Alexander, which is 20 feet, giving it approximately 30% more internal volume, creating the feeling that you could be on the 100’ Ocean Alexander. The 2nd and current owner, along with a full-time megayacht captain, have ensured that Pico was maintained to the highest standards. She received the MTU 1,000-hour service and 3 new chiller plants in June 2022, and in May 2022, she received a brand new teak flybridge. This yacht needs nothing for many years to come except her next loving owner.
