LIVING LIFE 3 is a Ferretti 800 model designed by Zuccon. She offers luxury on the water combined with comfortable interior spaces and exterior areas dedicated to entertainment. She is in great condition and is equipped with gyro stabilizers for stability control both at anchor and underway.
Featuring excellent speed and less than 1700 hours of use, LIVING LIFE 3 boasts a range of standout features, including a large teak beach club, a garage for water toys (including a SeaDoo Spark), and a spacious aft deck with ample seating.
Step into the main salon/dining area, where natural light floods the space, creating an inviting atmosphere for socializing and relaxation. With a large sliding door entrance from the aft deck, a tilting glass wall, and a comfortable seating area, this space is perfect for gathering with family and friends. The dining area, equipped with a glass-top table seating eight, is conveniently located on the port side.
The galley, spacious and modern, features plenty of natural light, bar seating for three, and a raised dinette on the starboard side. It is well-equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a Bosch cooktop, Miele oven, and GE refrigerator/freezer.
Accommodations on LIVING LIFE 3 welcome eight guests in four staterooms, all located below deck and accessed from the salon on the starboard side. The full-beam master stateroom amidships aft boasts a king-sized bed, bench window seating, and en-suite bath. The large windows allow for incredible ocean views, and the neutral color palette complements the light wood seen throughout. Forward are additional guest staterooms, including a queen-to-twin convertible, a twin bunked stateroom, and a full-beam VIP stateroom.
For the crew, accommodations for up to four crewmembers are located below deck forward and accessed from the galley. Crew quarters include two cabins and two baths, along with laundry equipment and a large icemaker.
The exterior decks of LIVING LIFE 3 are designed for entertaining and relaxation. The spacious aft deck features a large table with chairs and padded bench seating, while the flybridge offers expansive seating and lounging areas, lots of spacious sunpads, and a barbecue. There is a flybridge control station with a pilot and co-pilot seat and tender and toy storage. The foredeck boasts U-shaped seating and sunpads, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a casual cocktail, while the beach club provides easy access to water toys for endless hours of excitement.
Laundry Equipment
Amidships aft is the full beam master stateroom and ensuite bath. King sized bed is centerline with two bedside tables. To port is bench window seating, and closet and vanity forward. To starboard is a spacious master bath. The large windows allows for amazing ocean views.
Moving forward are additional guest accommodations: to port is a well-appointed guest stateroom with ensuite, convertible from queen to twin bed arrangement; to starboard is a twin bunked guest stateroom with ensuite bath with flexible access, either from the hallway or stateroom; and forward is a full beam VIP stateroom with ensuite bath on the port side forward.
Crew Quarters
The crew area is accessed from the galley and located below deck forward. Crew accommodations for up to 4 crew comprises of 2 cabins and 2 baths.
