The 78’ (23.77m) GITANA I is an open yacht built by the famous English shipyard Princess Yachts. She is fully equipped with all electronic systems, two generators, water maker, garage with water-jet tender and tender lift. She can comfortably accommodate eight guests in four well-appointed cabins and, in addition, has a crew cabin for two. She has a deep-V hull and was built for any condition, reaching speeds of up to 37 knots while maintaining exceptional seakeeping.
GITANA I is part of the famous V78 series of sports yachts, the flagship model of the Princess V Class range designed for relaxation. Her exterior lines are bold and timeless, concealing a spacious interior. Her hull was recently sandblasted and treated to a fresh coat of navy-blue paint. Sunbathing areas are located on the front deck with big, plush sunpads, as well as by the cockpit, which enjoys a large fridge and grill. Her outdoor saddlery was also recently redone in an elegant chocolate brown.
Recently, GITANA I was outfitted with two new GPS spotters and a satellite antenna. She also benefitted from fresh upholstery — including new curtains in the master cabin — a service done on the air conditioning system and a new fridge and freezer in the galley. She is flagged in Malta (commercial) and still has low engine hours (around 1,250 hours).
With a warm and classic interior design, GITANA I’s full-beam master cabin has a double bed and large vertical windows allowing for plenty of natural light. It also comes equipped with a TV, Bose sound system and en-suite bathroom, as does her VIP cabin. She has an additional twin cabin with two Pullmans and a guest cabin with two bunks. Her common areas include a comfortable salon with beige leather sofas with coffee table and a dinette with sofa and three chairs.
