With her all carbon composite hull, carbon deck and rig this Shipman 72 is a sailors dream! She’s fast but at the same time very stiff thanks to a deep keel (4 metres down/2.6m keel up) and twin rudder setup.

On deck there are some excellent user friendly design features which really help you operate this 72ft bluewater cruiser with ease and minimal crew. All control lines lead aft to the twin helm stations. Powerful hydraulic winches also make light work of sailing manoeuvres in the spacious cockpit. All of the performance sails are in excellent condition and there is a New furling ‘Code Zero’ which is a joy and provides that added power and performance in light winds. If wished, asymmetric spinnakers can be sailed with ease from the telescopic pole which neatly tucks away within the bow. On anchor Cairossa also comes into her own. Fold down the aft garage door and you have a very large teak decked swim platform which kisses the water. From here you can cool off and hang out or launch the New Highfield aluminium tender with ease. Below decks, CAIAROSSA has 3 dedicated guest cabins (sleeping six in total) and a crew cabin in the bow (sleeping 2).
