1975 Stevens 100ft
A successful, long-range motoryacht built by the respected Stephens Marine of California (often described as the Burger yard of the West Coast), this successful cruiser benefited from a multi- million dollar rebuild in 1997/98. BRAVO (ex. Cygnet Explorer; Mania Two) was shipped to McMullen & Wing in New Zealand where she was stripped to bare hull, extended to 100’ (30.5m) (running gear extended accordingly). All superstructure, machinery, interior, carpentry, piping, plumbing etc was renewed under the design and supervision of Naval Architect Bill Tripp. The resultant yacht is a superior, successful, long range design of outstanding quality.
She sailed back to North America on her own bottom.
