- Disassembly of supercharger air manifolds, exhaust manifolds, heads, injection pumps
and injectors, turbines. Cleaning of all disassembled parts
- Turbine overhaul with replacement of the 4 compressor impellers, bearings and an
exhaust scroll, overhaul of heads with surface grinding, replacement of both exhaust and
intake valve seats, valves and most of the valve guides, replacement of an exhaust gas curve
- Installed new valve bridges proceeding with the update of the 2000 HP type engines.
- Replacement of injection pumps and injectors
- Disassembly of connecting rods and pistons, liners, cleaning of the block, reassembly of
new liners, with new pistons equipped with floating ring, proceeding with the updating of
the 2000 HP type engines
- Replacement of all connecting rod bearings and connecting rods
- Disassembly of the lubrication oil pump, cleaning and reassembly with replacement of
bypass valves.

- Disassembly of diesel fuel rail, cleaning, replacement of pressure regulator valve.
- Removing and cleaning the intercooler
- Overhaul of starter motors, cleaning of exhaust manifolds and replacement of seals

- Dyno test to check engine power which turns out to be 1343Kw per engine
