After an extensive 36-month rebuild completed in 2021, the 147’8” (45m) XANA offers a host of onboard luxuries and incredible style that are more than a match for her stunning Eastern Mediterranean cruising grounds. Launched by the Italian Cantieri Navali Codecasa shipyard in 1994, XANA is a striking example of a pedigree yacht from a former era thoughtfully revived by an experienced owner. Rebuilt by naval architect Navinco, XANA now benefits from a reconfigured layout, a bright new interior and extended exterior areas without losing any of her original classic charm and elegance. With ample volumes and great deck spaces, XANA is now the perfect base to explore the whitewashed villages and historic ports of the Greek Islands, Turkey, Montenegro, Croatia and beyond.
Contemporary interiors
XANA’s new contemporary interiors are from the boards of outfitters MVS & Associates with the assistance of AMK Architecture & Design and make the most of the enlarged windows and floods of natural light. The main salon is a light-filled, inviting space with wide plank pale oak flooring and a neutral palette of calming shades of white and taupe combined with earthy browns, greys, and touches of the palest blue. The lounge features plush sofas and deep-seated armchairs in an informal arrangement around a stylish split-level timber coffee table—ideal for enjoying pre-dinner drinks from the bar. The open plan space flows seamlessly to the formal dining area with its elegant dining table and supple tan leather chairs seating 10 for lavish dinners prepared by XANA’s expert culinary team. After dinner, the upper deck skylounge provides the perfect environment for relaxing and socializing at the sit-up bar, watching a movie or enjoying a nightcap nestled in the comfy sofas, all while taking in the fantastic views from the panoramic windows.
Spacious staterooms
XANA offers her 12 guests relaxing retreats in six spacious staterooms, including an impressive complete beam main-deck master with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and large en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a free-standing bathtub and separate shower. A generous VIP stateroom is on the upper deck with a fabulous natural night and dedicated en-suite facilities. The remaining four accommodations on the lower deck include two double staterooms and two twin cabins—each with an additional Pullman bunk perfect for children sharing. They each have lovely soothing décor and private en-suite shower rooms.
Spectacular decks
Decks on the reimagined XANA are nothing short of spectacular. The main deck aft is the place to head for leisurely breakfasts and morning coffee while planning the day at the lovely, shaded dining table or relaxing on the integrated sofa overlooking the stern. Seamlessly flowing from the skylounge, the upper deck aft is a dream for alfresco entertaining with a beautiful dining table and sumptuous lounge seating that can be left fully open to the sun and starry night skies or shaded under a retractable awning. Expansive side decks lead to the foredeck, with integrated seating and a table for casual lunches, cocktails, and canapes at sunset—all with incredible views across the bow. The beautifully designed sundeck is undoubtedly the jewel in XANA’s crown, with an expanse of teak overlooking the stern for uninterrupted tanning in the loungers or early morning yoga and fitness sessions. There are comfy sun pads and a large Jacuzzi flanked by a semi-circular sit-up bar for perfectly chilled champagne and sunset cocktails. The hardtop provides shade with an awning that can be opened for full sun and midnight star gazing. XANA’s extended stern is the ideal jumping-off point for enjoying her impressive collection of toys and tenders. There’s a WaveRunner, water skis, towable toys and a wakeboard for the thrill seekers in the group, while the snorkeling kit allows for gentler exploration.
Charter experience
Cruising at 15 knots and with a top speed of 20 knots, XANA’s state-of-the-art stabilization system keeps things comfortable underway and dropping anchor in choppy waters.
