AQUA BLU is an impressive 198-foot (60.35m) long range explorer yacht that started life as the British Naval Explorer HMS Beagle. Originally built by Brook Marine in 1968, she underwent a full refit in 2019 overseen by Dutch yacht designer Cor D. Rover. Today she offers modern luxury and the ultimate comfort for spectacular charters. With an impressive 15 cabins accommodating up to 30 guests, this luxury charter is perfect for large groups of friends and families looking for adventure and relaxation.
Inside this five-deck yacht, the interiors are stylish and contemporary and feature plenty of natural light. The designer has paired a brass and ivory interior theme with generous and inviting indoor and outdoor social spaces. On the main deck the expansive salon is perfect for small groups to socialize and relax. The lounge can also be used as one large open space for entertaining when linked up with the dining room. On the upper deck guests will find the library and media room, complete with a skylounge bar which opens up onto a sheltered veranda through sliding glass doors.
Out on her guest deck areas, the expansive sundeck offers spectacular 360-degree views plus a barbecue and outdoor seating. This is the perfect spot for an evening meal or relaxing while stargazing after a busy day messing around on the water. For the ultimate relaxation guests can enjoy the Jacuzzi on the bridge deck or relax on the surrounding sun pads.
AQUA BLU has a large selection of non-motorized water toys for guests to enjoy including scuba diving equipment, kayaks, paddleboards and fishing equipment. For the active guests on board, AQUA BLU also has a well-equipped gym.
AQUA BLU has 15 individually designed sea facing staterooms, all boasting the most luxurious finish. Up to 30 guests can be accommodated in 12 double cabins, three twin cabins and two convertible cabins. All of the accommodation is tastefully decorated and feature en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in rain showers. AQUA BLU carries a crew of 25, ensuring every guest can enjoy the very best luxury experience while on board.
Powered by four Lister Blackstone engines, AQUA BLU has a top speed of 12 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 10 knots. Her impressive range of 7,000 nautical miles and her Quantum Zero Speed stabilizers provide the perfect balance between performance and comfort.
