The 128-foot (39.01m) LADY KATH was custom built by a seasoned yacht owner who paid attention to the smallest of details to ensure every inch of the yacht defined luxury and perfection.

Designed by Robin Rose, LADY KATH’s lavish interior is the epitome of luxury. The space is traditionally styled, creating an elevated ambiance allowing you to live elegantly aboard. The superyacht’s interior volume is impressive for her size. Her capacious space and desirable interior layout make her ideal for family cruising, entertaining and chartering.

The additional galley is located in the skylounge and offers country-style seating around a lower counter. Twelve guests are comfortably accommodated in LADY KATH’s five sumptuous staterooms. The suite offers a plush king-size bed and his-and-hers en-suite marble baths with a Jacuzzi tub on her side. LADY KATH’s additional staterooms, located on the lower deck, include the starboard aft queen VIP, starboard forward and port aft queen staterooms, and port forward convertible stateroom with two sets of twin bunk beds. The queen VIP, starboard forward queen, and port forward convertible stateroom are complete with marble en-suite baths and glass door showers. The port aft queen stateroom features a bathtub/shower combo with glass door enclosure.

Superyacht LADY KATH offers delightful outdoor living areas for relishing the alfresco lifestyle. The luxury yacht’s sundeck is sensational offering 360-degree views while soaking in the Jacuzzi and lounging. Vessel Overview

LADY KATH represents an outstanding opportunity to own a custom-built, completely unique vessel. Owned by only her second owners who have taken great pride in the vessel, LADY KATH has been maintained to the highest of standards by her knowledgeable Captain and crew. She has never been chartered.

Built at the Northcoast shipyard in Tacoma, Washington, LADY KATH was the design and conception of a knowledgeable yachtsman, who, at the time of build, had already owned 4 brokerage vessels.

LADY KATH's interior was exquisitely designed by interior designer Robin Rose and features beautiful mahogany satin finish joinery with mappa burle inlays throughout, as well as custom mahogany crown moldings, cabinetry, and columns. Stonework throughout the vessel consists of elegant and timeless marble and granite. Taking into mind a clean look throughout, items such as a/c controls, power outlets, and central vacuum connections were hidden from sight inside closets, cabinets, and drawers.

LADY KATH has expansive volume, with more interior space than a 130' Westport. Featuring two fully equipped galleys, entertaining is easy for families, hosting dinner parties or conducting business deals. Additionally, LADY KATH's pilothouse, crew's quarters, and engine control room are spacious in size, allowing the crew to do their jobs with utmost efficiency and safety.

LADY KATH accommodates 12 guests and 6 crew in 5 guest staterooms and 4 crew cabins.

Her full beam master stateroom is located furthest forward on the main deck and is accessed through double doors from the starboard side. Featuring large windows, cedar-lined walk-in closets, and a king-sized bed, the master stateroom has all the amenities of a much larger yacht. To port is a built-in desk, flanked on both sides by large drawers. To starboard is an elegant upholstered chaise lounger. The master stateroom features true "his" and "hers" separate bathrooms, both outfitted in stunning marble stonework. The "hers" side features a large Jacuzzi tub and "his" side features a spacious glass shower. Both ensuites have their own head, sink, and window, providing excellent natural light.

The four additional staterooms are accessed via an expansive staircase with a custom, stainless handrail, down to a central guest foyer on the lower deck. Three staterooms: the port aft, starboard aft, and starboard forward staterooms all feature queen size beds, extra large drawers, desks, closets, and large ensuite bathrooms with excellent counter and storage space. The starboard aft, starboard forward, and port forward staterooms all feature floor to ceiling marble and glass showers. The port aft stateroom's bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub/marble shower combo with glass door. The port forward convertible stateroom features two sets of bunk beds, with combinations consisting of either one, two, three, or four beds available. When bunks are not in use they can be stored discretely in a dedicated space, also located in this cabin.

The crew accommodations are located in the forward lower deck and aft engine control room and consist of two cabins with two, single, over/under bunks, and two double bed cabins (one of these double bed cabins is located to port in the aft control room). The crew mess, also located forward, is a very generous size with plenty of space for crew to work and live comfortably. A washer and dryer are also located in this space.

LADY KATH features two exquisite living areas. On the main deck, just inside the automatic sliding door from the aft main deck, you enter into the elegant main salon with large windows. Plentiful seating is provided by a large sofa and side chairs. A magnificent, Kurzweil Mark electronic black lacquer baby grand piano along with a 40" television on a lift, provide entertainment options. Forward of the main salon and separated by two large mahogany columns with mirrored inlays you enter into the dining room, which features a round, glass table with beveled edge for intimate dining. A side bar with granite top and under-counter refrigerator/ice maker are located to starboard, in addition to a wide, carpeted staircase that leads to the skylounge.

Continuing forward of the dining room, to port and through an automatic sliding door, you enter into the expansive main deck galley. This galley is any chef's dream, with a stunning granite counter island, commercial appliances, a view to the outside with fantastic, oversized windows, and Amtico mahogany flooring. Owners and guests with an affinity for joining the chef are welcome anytime, with bar stool seating for two available at the center island. The crew mess and crew cabins are located forward of the galley and accessed by a lower staircase. Forward of the dining room to starboard, you enter into the large, marbled guest foyer with Nedi inlays, providing access to the master stateroom, main deck dayhead, and staircase that leads down to the lower guest staterooms.

From the dining room and walking up the carpeted staircase, one enters into the expansive, full beam, sky lounge. LADY KATH's bridge deck is like no other vessel on the market. Featuring a second galley, she is practically two boats in one. An L-shaped, custom leather sofa, card table, and entertainment wall with 40" television provide the comforts of home. Uniquely, her sky lounge is adjacent to a second, open galley/bar with beautiful granite counter tops, teak and holley flooring, and guest seating for three. This galley/bar features everything that a galley should have: stove, oven, overhead exhaust fan, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, and microwave. A generously sized second dayhead with granite vanity is located on the starboard side.

Forward of the galley/bar and through a sliding pocket door is the expansive pilothouse which features a large, raised seating area with updated upholstery, as well as a chart table. Two, Crown Classic, leather helm chairs assist those driving the yacht.  A large desk is located on the starboard side, with excellent drawer space.

LADY KATH's exterior spaces feature a Jacuzzi with 360 degree unobstructed views on the sun deck, swim platform with extra wide steps, BBQ grill on the aft bridge deck, and two separate dining areas.

On her main deck aft, a large rectangular dining table can easily accommodate 12 guests. This area also features a built-in bar with seating, under-counter refrigerator, sink, and mounted television. Her bridge deck aft features a covered, starboard side dining area, as well as a free-standing chaise lounger. Further aft on the bridge deck is storage space for a tender or toys, with access to the water available via a 3200 lb crane, which is stored on the port side. Continuing up to the sun deck is a large, open Jacuzzi, which can easily accommodate 6 adult guests. The sun deck also features a second, fully equipped, driving station, as well as seating with unobstructed views. A large umbrella provides shade and an ice cooler with drain is located behind the driving station.

LADY KATH's engine control room is accessed via a door on the swim platform and provides excellent space for the engineer to perform maintenance as well as for the crew to store guest supplies and/or toys for a day at the beach or a day of water activities from the swim platform. The engineer's cabin is located to port in this space allowing for ease of maintenance and/or watch duties. The engine room is forward of the control room and provides plenty of deck space to comfortably access all machinery.
