Sleeps 8 in 4 staterooms. This beautiful convertible/luxury yacht is a one of a kind vessel. The present and only owner has spared no expense in its upkeep and constant updating and improvement. The vessel has undergone a major refit which included engine upgrades to Deutz 2016hp Common Rail diesels and a complete Alexseal paint job (2009).

Upon entering this impressive vessel you are greeted by a rich natural wood finish with a large leather L-shaped sofa to port and a full wet bar and a Scotsman icemaker to starboard. The sofa features excellent storage for rods and various other items. Directly ahead of the Salon is an open spacious galley featuring full size appliances that include everything from a full size oven to trash compactor and dishwasher. The galley also features a rich wooden table with a wrap around leather settee. As one proceeds forward towards the stairs you find a beautifully appointed day head to starboard with a full walk-in pantry and freezer to port. As you proceed down the stairs there is another massive storage area to starboard.

As you reach the bottom of the stairs to port and aft you kind the spacious full beam master stateroom. It features a full ensuite head and custom make-up area with plenty of storage and cupboard space. Forward of the master to starboard is a twin bunk bed guest stateroom and to port is a twin guest room with a full ensuite that has entrances to both the hallway and the stateroom. Finally the luxurious VIP stateroom is located all the way forward and again features a beautiful ensuite head. Great details have been given to each stateroom and heads using only the finest hard surface countertops with equally beautiful faucets. Each stateroom has its own entertainment system and televisions for the comfort of all parties on board.

Once you go back to the main deck you will find a spiral staircase that takes you all the way up to the enclosed flybridge. This area features a beautiful wrap around sofa on a custom wood table. There is also a refrigerator and a multitude of electronics and entertainment systems making this area one of the most spectacular on the boat.

The Salon features a large L-shaped sofa with excellent rod storage capacity. The carpet is all embroidered and custom designed and all the tables are finished in polished high gloss natural wood. The Salon also has (2) bar stools that are very comfortably located on the eating bar/counter area that overlooks the galley and provides nice casual eating and sitting area. At the entrance to the Salon from the aft deck on the starboard side is an icemaker wet bar with bottle storage and a television console featuring a full entertainment system with Marantz DVD & surround sound, Toshiba TV, Denon stereo receiver as well as JVC TV in the dinette area. All wooden blinds are remote controlled and there is a beautifully etched Marlin.

The Galley features all full size appliances including a full size side by side stand up Kenmore refrigerator, full size Kenmore under counter oven, Sharp microwave/convection oven, Kenmore dishwasher, trash compactor, (4) burner stove, in counter blender, dumb waiter that goes to flybridge, in-sink trash disposal. The counter tops are a beautiful neutral granite and all the cabinetry is custom raised panel. The eating nook is located on the starboard side of the vessel and includes a beautifully appointed U-shaped leather seating nook around a beautifully polished natural wood table.

This master stateroom is a full beam master featuring unique window openings, a king size bed with plenty of drawer space and hanging lockers. This cabin also has a custom illuminated make-up area with settee as well as a full entertainment system, intercom and separate AC controls. The master bath is attached and is highly customized with top of the ine faucets and hardware featuring hard surface countertops and custom cabinetry throughout. The master head also features a full size shower and vacuflush head system. ALl JVC electronics.

This cabin is situated all the way forward and features a spacious queen size bunk. There isplenty of drawer soace beneath the bunk as well as hanging lockers on both sides of the cabin. Overhead there is an escape hatch for additional lights and ventilation and the cabin has its own AC control, entertainment system (all JVC equipment) and intercom system. The ensuite head features a full shower and custom cabinetry and appointments.

This cabin is located mid-ship, port side. It features (2) single side by side bunks with a full ensuite head and shower. Again, storage is plentiful and well thought out. This cabin has its own AC controls, intercom and entertainment system (all JVC equipment).

From the Salon one takes the spiral staricase to the enclosed flybridge that in itself is one of the most spectular rooms on the boat. The flybridge doubles as an entertainment/navigation area that features a great array of top of the line electronics and amenities that allows one to relax in lusury. On the port side aft is a refrigerator wirh a console above that houses a fax machine and communication network. The entire room is accented by leather wrap around sofas and seating that allows 360 degree visibility when sitting in this area. The flybridge also enjoys galley access by way of a dumb waiter located on the forward port section of the flybridge. Also located on the flybridge area are (2) forward facing electronic leather Stedd pilot seats that can be adjusted for comfort. There is also another forward facing leather becnh on the starboard side of the bridge.
