RAY GRIFFITHS' EXCLUSIVE JEWELRY

Posted June 27, 2016 in Watches & Jewelry by Janine St.Denis

Griffiths moved around from office to office searching for the right space until he found a studio he currently calls home. The space is filled with natural light and has views that stretch up Fifth Avenue to Central Park, providing inspiration whilst he sketches his designs. One side of the studio is completely dominated by a beautiful arched copper window that dates back to the turn of the last century; there is a sense of history in the space that radiates the design process.

Out of this studio, Griffiths invents and creates his line of fine jewelry from the initial design, to gem selection and manufacturing. It is all done in-house, to Griffiths’ strict specifications. Griffiths also has a penchant for private custom design. While working one-on-one with his clients, Griffiths can refashion old family heirlooms, recut any gemstones (including old diamonds) and completely restore precious antiques.

Pictured above is an 18-karat yellow gold drape leaf crownwork bracelet with diamond toggle clasp. It is priced at $8,250 from www.raygriffiths.com.
