Likely candidates will have the appropriate experience, knowledge and understanding of accounting functions within a fast growing and fast-paced yachting organization, including closings. This is a full-time, permanent position with shore- based salary appropriate to qualifications and experience.
DUTIES:
- Accurately prepare, code and process customer invoices
- Review Charter Agreements for completeness and accuracy
- Analyze & balance disbursement of funds
- Daily setup of domestic & international wire transfers
- Prepare journal entries
- Assist with monthly preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of Broker in House Sales Reports
- Responsible for preparation of monthly commission reports
- Other related duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2 Year Minimum Accounts Receivable experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- Experience in the yachting industry preferred
- Acumatica or similar ERP systems experience
