CRM Solution Architect & Project Manager

The CRM Solutions Architect & Project Manager is a dynamic and passionate follower of technology that believes in empowering team members to achieve more.  Team members will rely on you to provide modern solutions to drive engagement and impact the top line. You will become their trusted point of contact.  The CRM Solutions Architect & Project Manager will be significantly involved in all areas of Northrop & Johnson’s IT, marketing, and digital data systems. This position will have a strong emphasis on maintaining elevated levels of user support and technology deliverables.  This individual will assist in developing, implement, and overseeing CRM system architecture solutions and procedures to ensure consistent service levels and quick resolutions. Along with identifying and implementing modern technology to improve user productivity. The CRM Solutions Architect & Project Manager must thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment with limited supervision, and quickly comprehend and act on changing priorities when necessary.


  • Listen to user stories to determine appropriate customizations/fixes/training materials
  • Configure and support all areas of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps including Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
    • Creation, Customization and Maintenance
      • Entity/Table
      • Fields/Columns
      • Forms/Business Rules
      • Views / Sub-list Views / Quick Find Views
      • Relationships
    • Security Role Management
    • Email Engagement/Email Tracking/Following
    • Dashboard Customization for departmental use cases
    • Basic Power BI Reporting
    • Model-Driven Apps
  • Work within the ‘Common Data Model’ / modern admin center for D365 CE
  • Create and support Power Automate Flows for automated workflows within Solutions
  • Import and manage Solutions
    • Work with third party purchased solutions
    • Work with internally produced solutions / PCFs (Power Apps Component Framework)
  • Manage and support users, security roles and exchange synchronization.
    • Including use of ‘application users’

Required Knowledge, skills & experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Related Program
  • Fluent English written and spoken necessary, multilingual is a plus
  • Excellent grammar and typing
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Advanced Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and Apps
  • Advanced Knowledge of Mobile Devices
  • Both domestic and international travel will be required
