The 198-foot (60.35m) luxury superyacht ROCK.IT is now for sale with Northrop & Johnson Yacht Brokers Sean Doyle and Wes Sanford; the yacht is asking €54,900,000.

ROCK.IT was built for an experienced yachtsman in 2014 by the pedigreed shipyard Feadship. This superyacht is the essence of on-water luxury, showcasing esteemed craftsmanship, exceptional style and the finest amenities. No expense was spared during her build, and she has been meticulously maintained since her launch. From 2019 into 2020, ROCK.IT underwent a yearlong multi-million-dollar refit that included exterior modifications, a new main salon movie theater, an AV/IT upgrade, a new owner’s office, a full paint job and new soft goods, carpets and mattresses. The superyacht is in turn-key condition and ready to welcome her new owners.

The luxury yacht features exceptional living spaces inside and out that are perfect for onboard entertaining and relaxing in privacy. ROCK.IT showcases a captivating interior designed by Sinot Yacht Design. Exuding contemporary elegance, the interior is adorned with hardwoods, backlit onyx, stunning marble and intricate lighting. A natural color palette with red accents help create a welcoming ambiance.

The outdoor living spaces onboard ROCK.IT are as impressive as her interior. The superyacht features options for alfresco dining, lounging and socializing. On her sundeck is the ideal setup for unwinding with a Jacuzzi flanked by sunpads. The yacht also has a large swim platform for enjoying the water toys and easy water access.

Superyacht ROCK.IT features five sumptuous staterooms, welcoming up to 10 guests. Her accommodations layout makes her perfect for private use, chartering and families. The yacht’s master stateroom is located on the main deck for added privacy. The space is complete with a plush king bed, walk-in closet and a his-and-hers en-suite bathroom. The additional staterooms include two VIP staterooms, a double-bed stateroom and a twin-bed stateroom — all with en-suite bathrooms.
