The 100-foot (30.48m) HOPPETOSSE is now for sale with Northrop & Johnson Yacht Broker Sean McCarter. The sailing yacht is asking €3,950,000.

Built by Nautor’s Swan in 2006, HOPPETOSSE is a work of art that flawlessly blends performance racing with first-class luxury. The sailing yacht is in great condition, having undergone a refit from 2016 to 2019 and used lightly since. The yacht showcases classic lines designed by German Frers. She is one of only three Swan 100 Flush Decks ever produced. The yacht’s flush deck design makes her ideal for fully crewed racing as well as short-handed sailing. A desirable guest cockpit is perfect for enjoying the view underway and at anchor on deck.

HOPPETOSSE’s interior living space has a welcoming ambiance with an elegant styling and open feeling. Designed with comfort in mind, the main salon has an L-shaped settee on the port side and a dinette with dining for eight-to-ten on the starboard side. The dinette’s table can be lowered to create another lounge area. The main salon also has a 42″ TV with a Bose Lifestyle sound system — making it perfect for movie nights.

Sailing yacht HOPPETOSSE can accommodate up to seven guests in the luxurious comfort of three cabins. The forward master cabin has a double bed, sofa, hanging wardrobe and an en-suite bath with varnished teak countertops and a large shower with a slatted seat. The additional cabins aboard HOPPETOSSE include a double bed cabin and a twin-bed stateroom with a Pullman. En-suite baths accompany both guest staterooms. The yacht also offers accommodations for four crewmembers, but can be efficiently crewed by three, depending on the level of service desired.

The luxury Nautor’s Swan sailing yacht is outfitted with a hydraulic keel giving the yacht high performance and better access to ports and anchorages. In the stern, HOPPETOSSE has a fold-out transom and beach club that offers storage for all the yacht’s toys and easy water access.
