My Present
Hi, I’m Samantha Capper, Charter Assistant with Northrop & Johnson.

My Past
After finishing school, I studied marketing and joined the yachting industry in 2017.
I worked onboard various yachts and moved up the ranks, eventually becoming a chief stew. After a few years of working out at sea, I left yachting in February 2022.

My Future
I am so excited to have started my career being land-based while still having the opportunity to work in the yachting industry. I would like to grow within N&J and reach my full potential.

My Motto
With every step, I get closer to my goal.

My Outside-office Life
I love to go for a run or do a workout and hang out with my puppy, husband and friends. I enjoy a good glass of wine and binge-watching different series.

• I am originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, and have been in the US for three years now
• I am a high-energy and motivated person
• I have a beautiful miniature golden doodle puppy named Layla – she is my world
