Astrid Reumont

My Present 
Hi, my name is Astrid Reumont. I am the Office Manager at Northrop and Johnson in Monaco. Working in the yachting industry since 2013, I have experience in lots of different sectors: Crew, Sales, Charter and Marketing. I’m attentive, detail-orientated and able to quickly anticipate the needs of the team. Optimist and passionate about wellness in general, I love to provide the best support to any department with a smile.

My Past
I grew up in Paris, France and moved to the French Riviera when I was 15 years old. After obtaining a marketing degree in 2012, I took my first steps into the world of yachting with a hostess position at the Monaco Yacht Show. I spent one year in London, England to refine my English fluency and then specialized in the yachting business at the University of Cannes with an internship in the marketing and sales departments of one of the leading brokerage companies. I then had experience as crew member aboard a mega yacht and worked as charter broker and manager for some time.
My future
I see my future growing within the company offering the team ways to feel more included, listened to, supported, developing skills and contributing to ecology and charity.

My Outside-office Life
Outside of the office, I practice yoga and outdoors activities from hiking to exploring villages. I enjoy cooking creative vegetarian food and sharing it with my family and friends.
